Description:

potato granule is made of high quality potatoes by slice, steam cook and different drying method from the way of potato flake. It is dried in fluid bed dryer by airflow dryer.

So it is can further keep the nutrient, colour, fragrant of potatoes.

The processing technics is the same as potato flake before the backfilling, then use the cooked steam mashed potatoes to dried granule to backfill and stir, this granule can absorb the moisture of mashed potatoes, and finally the form of granule product in fluid bed dried by airflow dryer.

The density of the granule is large, so that it can be transported conveniently and used widely.

Becaise of many times of backfilling anf partly adding water, the cells become more solid and the effect of adding water is very good. So it keeps the nutrient of the potatoes fully. Colour, flavour abd texture are more close to the fresh potatoes.

It is an economic choice for kinds of fallow foodstuffs in hospitals, schools, resthomes and similar public institution.
